Can I return the products if I don't satisfy?
As it is customized, we don’t accept return unless there is a quality problem. If so, you have to pay the delivery fee by yourself.
How long will I get refund after I return the products?
We will give you refund within 1 week after we receive the returned intact products. Noted that shipping charge cannot get refund.
Can I get a free sample before I order in bulks?
Yes, we would like to offer you a sample for quality check. You need to pay for the sample first, you will get refund or reduce from your total price after you place the bulk orders.
